Choosing a mode
Use "Something I am sending" to check whether your own message does the job you intend. Use "Something I received" to check whether a reply has actually answered the issue you raised.
Adding your communication
Paste the text, or upload a .txt, .pdf or .docx file. Extracted text appears in the box so you can review and edit it before running the assessment.
Your account
Logging in saves your assessment history and pinned communications. Retention controls are in Settings. Plans are listed on the plans and pricing page.
