Cookie Policy

Updated 24 August 2026

Cookies don't just taste good!

NimbleArk uses cookies and other browser storage technologies to provide the functions you ask us to use. This policy explains what is currently active on NimbleArk. It applies to cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and session storage.

Necessary storage

NimbleArk currently uses only browser storage that is necessary for the service to operate. Depending on how you use NimbleArk, this may be used to:

  • remember your cookie or storage preference;
  • maintain authentication and session security, including keeping you signed in;
  • support guest assessment usage controls;
  • temporarily preserve an unfinished assessment while you are using the service; and
  • maintain essential application state needed to provide functions you have requested.

Necessary storage may be session-only or may remain for longer. It may remain until it expires, you sign out, the relevant service state ends, or you clear your browser data. Clearing browser storage may sign you out, remove saved preferences or remove an unfinished assessment from that device.

Some necessary storage may be set or supported by service providers used to deliver core functions such as authentication or hosting. It is not used by NimbleArk for advertising or marketing tracking.

No optional tracking is currently active

NimbleArk does not currently use analytics, advertising, behavioural-tracking or marketing technologies. No optional browser storage is currently activated for those purposes.

If optional technologies are introduced

If NimbleArk introduces optional analytics, measurement, advertising or marketing technologies, this policy will be updated before they are activated. Where consent is required, those technologies will not be activated on your device unless you choose to allow them. You will also be able to change that choice through Cookie Preferences.

Your control

Necessary storage cannot be disabled through NimbleArk where it is required to provide a function you have requested. You can remove cookies and browser storage through your browser or device settings, although doing so may affect authentication, preferences, unfinished assessments or other service functions.

For information about how NimbleArk handles personal data, please read the NimbleArk Privacy Policy.
